Anti-Spam Policy

This describes how Hineva sends email. It applies to every message we send mentioning
yourhineva.com or any other domain we operate, and to everyone who sends on our behalf.
What we send
We send business-to-business outreach to business contact addresses. These messages are
commercial, and we say so plainly rather than dressing them up as something else.
Our rules
- Business addresses only. We do not direct our outreach at personal or consumer addresses.
- Unsubscribe in every message. Every commercial email carries a working unsubscribe link.
- Opt-out is immediate and permanent. When someone asks us to stop, we stop, and that address is not contacted again.
- A reply counts. There is no need to find a link. Telling us to stop in a reply works just as well.
- We say who we are. Our real company name and a working reply address are in every message. We do not forge headers or hide the sender.
- No affiliates, no outsourced senders. Nobody else is authorised to advertise our domains or products by email.
- No bought consumer data. We do not purchase consumer mailing lists.
- Low volume by design. We send at a slow, controlled rate, not in bulk.
What we will not do
- Email anyone who has told us to stop
- Sell, rent or share our contact data
- Obscure where a message originated
- Use a false sender name, reply address or subject line
If you received something unwanted
Contact admin@hineva.com. We will remove your
address immediately and confirm back to you. If you believe someone is sending mail
that references our domains without authorisation, report it to the same address and
we will investigate.
Abuse reports
Send abuse reports to admin@hineva.com. The
mailbox is monitored and reports are treated as something to fix.
